He and his team launched the Philippine IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2028, the sector’s blueprint for creating 1.1 million new jobs, becoming a US$59 billion industry with 2.5 million employees, and contributing 8.9% to the country’s GDP. Malou is the Center Leader for DXC’s Global Delivery Network (GDN) Philippines. With over 20 years of innovative IT experience across HP/HPE/DXC, she has taken on diverse roles spanning account management, service delivery, SAP applications management, and client delivery management. She is a certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL v3 Expert, SAP SRM consultant and SAFe 4 Agilist. She was also part of the pioneer class for Accelerate: Women Leaders in Technology Program which included DXC’s top 50 female leaders across the globe. Alfredo E. Pascual is the Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). At the time of his appointment in June 2022, he was President of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP). Over the past four decades, he has contributed to society, serving four national and international institutions, viz.: President and CEO of the Institute of Corporate Directors in 2018 and 2019; President and Co-Chair of the University of the Philippines System from 2011 to 2017 and Alumni Regent in 2009 and 2010; in various positions at the Asian Development Bank from 1989 to 2008; and the Asian Institute of Management as a finance professor in the 1980s.

Prior to this role, Cocoy was head for Product Development & Management of Globe’s Consumer products in broadband and mobile. He also held various positions in the areas of Sales, Presales, Product, and Business Development of Globe Business. Other work experience includes stints in Cisco Systems, Motorola, and Accenture. He has an MBA from Ateneo, and is a cum laude graduate of Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
