Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the person or persons registering and participating in the Event to read and understand these Terms and Conditions as outlined below regarding registration, payment, and participation. These Terms and Conditions and any program specific policies you received from us by email govern your participation in the Event. By continuing your participation, you hereby agree as follows:

  • Payment shall be made thirty (30) days upon receipt of the billing statement or before the 1st day of the event whichever comes first.
  • Billing statement not contested in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt are deemed accepted by the participants as true and accurate and are payable in full.
  • Registration cancellation made two (2) weeks before the event shall be charged 50% of the registration fee.
  • Registration cancellation made one (1) week before the event shall be charged 100% of the registration fee.
  • Full payment shall be charged to those who register but failed to show up for any portion of the event.
  • No REFUND shall be made. However, paid registration fee is TRANSFERABLE. A Letter of Authorization shall be forwarded to IBPAP regarding the transfer of registration.

Please take note of the following:

  • After submitting the form, IBPAP will send a billing statement in the email provided
  • A scanned copy of the original receipt will be sent thru email for your initial reference.
  • The original copy of the O.R will be delivered to your office.
