Intelligence at Scale: The Philippines Ahead of the Pivot

The global services industry is reaching an inflection point. The forces that shaped the last two decades of growth are giving way to a new era defined by intelligence, innovation, resilience, and trust. Enterprises are rethinking where work happens, how value is created, and what they expect from their global partners.

For the Philippines, this is more than another cycle of change. It is an opportunity to redefine its role in the global economy.

Having built one of the world’s leading IT-BPM industries, the country is well positioned to move beyond operational excellence toward intelligence-led growth. The next chapter will be shaped not only by technology, but by leadership, talent, policy, and the ability to transform ideas into enterprise value.

The International IT-BPM Summit 2026 explores what this transition means for the Philippines, for ASEAN, and for the global services industry. Through executive dialogues, leadership conversations, live demonstrations, transformation stories, and practical insights, IIS brings together the leaders shaping the future of global business and digital services.

Recognized as part of the ASEAN calendar of events, IIS 2026 strengthens its role as a regional platform for collaboration among business leaders, policymakers, investors, technology innovators, and academia. As Southeast Asia becomes an increasingly important center for digital services and innovation, the Summit provides a timely opportunity to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and shape the region’s next phase of growth.

The future of global services will not be defined by those who simply respond to change, but by those who help shape it. IIS 2026 is where that conversation begins.

ABOUT THE SUMMIT

The International IT-BPM Summit (IIS) is the flagship annual conference of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) and the country’s premier gathering of leaders from the global services, technology, and digital economy.

Each year, IIS convenes senior executives, global enterprises, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), technology companies, investors, policymakers, development partners, and academic institutions to examine the trends reshaping the industry and the strategic decisions that will define its future.

With more than a thousand delegates from the Philippines and around the world, IIS has established itself as one of Asia’s leading forums on global services and digital transformation, connecting regional perspectives with global insights and turning emerging trends into practical action.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS

The IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) is the primary trade body and advocacy group of the country’s agile, dynamic, and resilient IT and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry.

With over 400 members and six partner associations—the Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI), Customer Xperience Association of the Philippines (CXAP), Global Capability Center Council (GC3) Philippines, Game Developers Association of the Philippines (GDAP), Healthcare Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP), and the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA)—IBPAP plays a pivotal role in sustaining the growth of the IT-BPM industry by working with stakeholders in the government and academe to ensure an enduring supply of high-quality labor, support service innovation, and provide country visibility.

IBPAP also assists investors in setting up operations easily and quickly in the Philippines through relevant research, introductions to key officials, and a series of briefings at each step of the investment process. Initiatives for human resources, business development, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities are also made available to members. Ongoing support is then provided through a wide variety of initiatives, including programs for HR development, business development, knowledge sharing, and networking opportunities. IBPAP works closely with the government, academe, and other key stakeholders to make this possible and to reinforce the Philippine IT-BPM industry’s global competitiveness and relevance.
