EVENT REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, AND PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

It is the responsibility of the person(s) registering and participating in the event to read and understand the following terms and conditions. These, along with any event-specific policies communicated via email, govern your participation in the event. By continuing with your registration, you agree to the following:

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT TERMS

• Any billing statement or invoice not disputed in writing within five (5) business days from receipt shall be deemed accepted as true and correct, and shall be payable in full.
• Cancellation of registration made at least three (3) days prior to the Event shall still be subject to a charge equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of the registration fee.
• Full payment shall be charged to participants who register but fail to attend any portion of the Event.
• No refunds shall be issued. However, paid registration fees are transferable. A Letter of Authorization must be submitted to IBPAP to facilitate the transfer of registration.

BILLING AND DOCUMENTATION PROCESS

   • After submission of the registration form, IBPAP will send an invoice to the email address provided.
   • Please send your proof of payment to financeandadmin@ibpap.org so we can process your Acknowledgement Receipt.
   • A scanned copy of the receipt will be emailed for your reference.

TICKET SALES AND TABLE RESERVATION GUIDELINES

Sponsor Complimentary Seats
Seats are allocated based on the entitlements outlined in each sponsor’s benefits package.

Platinum Members Complimentary Seats
Platinum members are entitled to 5 complimentary seats as part of their committed benefits.

Additional Seat Purchase
Sponsors or Platinum Members with complimentary seats who wish to purchase additional tickets must register and inform IBPAP on or before August 20 for proper table allocation.

Paid Seat Allocation
All purchased seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seat Confirmation Deadline
All guests with complimentary seats must be seated by 1:00 PM on event day.
Unoccupied seats after this time may be reassigned by IBPAP to ensure that tables, particularly those in the front to middle sections of the venue, are fully occupied.

PRIVACY NOTICE

By registering for this event, I affirm that the above information is true and correct, and I am the owner or the owner's duly authorized representative. I consent to the collection and use of my personal information for the purposes of event registration, communication, and coordination. This includes, but is not limited to, my name, contact details, and any other information necessary for event organization and communication.

During the event, photographs and videos may be captured for promotional and social media purposes. By attending the event, I grant IBPAP the right to use these photographs and videos, which may include my image, for marketing and promotional materials, including social media posts.

I hereby give my explicit and informed consent to share my personal information with companies that form part of this event. The information shared may include my name, contact details, and any other details provided during event registration. The purpose of sharing this information is to enable these companies to offer or improve their products or services related to this event, such as providing relevant updates, promotions, or invitations.
