What to Expect Across the Two Days
The two-day program brings the Roadmap 2028 to life. It focuses on converting the Philippines’ established global services leadership into greater advantage under the new rules of competition: scaling higher-value capabilities, AI-enabling the workforce, expanding priority sectors and markets, strengthening trust and resilience, and improving alignment among industry, government, and academe.
Day 1 focuses on enterprise transformation and the new value equation. It examines how global client expectations are changing, how organizations are scaling AI and innovation, and how the Philippines can build on its execution excellence to take greater ownership of capabilities, outcomes, innovation, and value creation.
Day 2 widens the lens to the forces shaping the industry’s next growth curve. It explores priority industry opportunities, the commitment to AI-enable two million Digital Filipino workers, digital resilience, and responsible AI. The focus is on translating the country’s strengths into sustained leadership in an increasingly intelligent and competitive global economy.
An ASEAN perspective will run across both days, reflecting the opportunity to extend Philippine strength into greater regional scale. The IIS will explore how the Philippines can help build a more connected, complementary, and trusted ASEAN services ecosystem.
Why IIS Matters to ASEAN
• Scaling trusted AI and digital transformation
• Building ASEAN’s future-ready, higher-value workforce
• Forging cross-border partnerships among government, industry, and academe
• Strengthening ASEAN’s position in the global digital economy
What Makes IIS 2026 Different
IIS 2026 is designed to be more practical, focused, and grounded in how transformation is already happening inside organizations.
Under the theme “Intelligence at Scale: Accelerating the PH Pivot,” the Summit will show the Roadmap in action. It will connect industry ambitions to the changes companies are making in their services, technology, workforce models, operating structures, leadership approaches, and global market strategies.
The program will feature several distinct session formats:
• Transformation Spotlights will present concise, company-level cases showing how organizations have reinvented a specific part of their business, including the decisions, operating-model changes, challenges, and lessons behind the transformation.
• Leadership Panels will bring together senior leaders from different organizations to examine the strategic choices, trade-offs, and leadership actions required to scale transformation.
• Innovation Showcases will demonstrate emerging solutions and capabilities in action.
Together, these formats will give participants both proof of what is already working and a clearer view of how successful approaches can be scaled across the industry.
The Day 2 workshops are also being redesigned to be more hands-on and practical. Participants should leave with tools, frameworks, approaches, or outputs that they can apply within their organizations.
